These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Untilio iOS application ("Untilio", "the app"). By downloading or using Untilio, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

Untilio is provided for personal, non-commercial use to keep track of dates and countdowns you choose to add. You are responsible for the content you enter into the app.

Your data

All content you create in Untilio is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve this data; Untilio does not maintain a copy of it. See the Privacy Policy for details on how the app handles data.

No warranty

Untilio is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Untilio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes to the app or these Terms

Untilio may be updated from time to time, and these Terms may be revised to reflect changes to the app. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
